This 'E' sized series features the new portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Norman Hepple who was best known for his portraits of the Royal Family. Printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company Limited, it has a solid security thread with a head of a Jersey Cow watermark. There is the Coat of Arms with three lions passant guardant. (The arms on the second Great Seal of Richard I, used by his successors until 1340) Flowers. A map of the outline of Jersey in rosettes. They measure 128mm x 65mm.
