This 'E' sized series features the new portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Norman Hepple, best known for his portraits of the Royal Family. Printed by Thomas De La Rue & Company Limited, it has a solid security thread with a head of a Jersey Cow watermark. There is the Coat of Arms with three lions passant guardant.
