Technical Help

If you are having trouble accessing the site or experiencing slow loading times, here are a few things worth trying:

1. Clear cookies and cache for this website only

You do not need to clear your entire browsing history. Most browsers let you remove data for a single site:

Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > View permissions and data stored across sites. Search for katespapermoney.co.uk, click on it, and select Delete.

Firefox: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data. Search for katespapermoney.co.uk, select it, and click Remove Selected.

Edge: Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data. Search for katespapermoney.co.uk and delete it there.
Then close and reopen your browser before visiting the site again.

2. Try a different browser
If you are using Chrome, try Firefox (or vice versa), or try Microsoft Edge. Sometimes a browser extension or setting is the culprit, and switching quickly tells you whether that is the case.

3. Check for browser extensions
Ad blockers, privacy tools, or VPN extensions can sometimes interfere with how pages load. Try temporarily disabling any you have running and see if the speed improves.

4. Check your internet connection
If other websites are also slow, the issue may simply be your connection at that moment. A quick restart of your router can often help.

5. Try private or incognito mode
Open an incognito or private browsing window (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome, Ctrl+Shift+P in Firefox) and visit the site there. This bypasses most extensions and uses no cached data. If the site loads faster in incognito, the issue is almost certainly a browser extension or a corrupted cache.

If none of these help, please let me know what browser and device you are using and I will do my best to look into it further.
